Victor Serra has driven operational and financial performance improvements for over two decades for private equity, multinational and family-owned companies such as Carlyle, Sara Lee, Wal-Mart, Natuzzi, Levorin among others. He has directed value-creation activities in over 30 countries (having lived in 6), leading restructuring, organic growth, and startups. Mr. Serra has served as CEO/GM of six companies and Vice President of two others. He holds an MBA from UCLA, certificates from Harvard Business School and IBGC (Board membership), and currently teaches at the LAVCA-Wharton Executive Education Program for Latin American private equity professionals.
